Q: Have we moved?
A: Yes. Our new physical address is 1510 Highway 90 W, Jennings, LA 70546 (right next to the sheriff's office).


Q: Has our mailing address changed?
A: No. Our mailing address is still the same. P. O. Box 150, Roanoke, LA 70581


Q: Do we accept payments in our office?
A: Yes. You will need a mask to enter our facility.


Q: Can I pay my bill online?
A: Yes. Simply

Q: Has our phone number changed?
A: No, you can still reach us at (337) 753-2206, (337) 753-2208 or (337) 753-2218. If you receive a busy signal, please try one of the alternate numbers.

Q: Has ownership changed hands
A: No. We are still owned by the same local family.

Q: What holidays are we closed
A: New Years, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Q: What if I forget to put my garbage out on my trash day
A: Because of scheduling, we cannot reroute, but will pick up any extra garbage that you accumulate on your next service day.

Q: What if I don't receive a bill
A: Call the office. We will give you any information on your account or resend it to you. Please note that failure to receive a bill DOES NOT exempt you from monthly payment, late charges, delinquent fees or service interruption.

Q: Do we empty personal containers or other company containers
A: No. We DO NOT handle personal property or property belonging to other companies. We will dispose of any overflow household trash placed on top or beside your Dillon container. Our customers are able to add additional cans if they choose.

Q: Do we dispose of whitegoods
A: Yes. Please call ahead to be put on the list as we only pick up whitegoods on Fridays.
